Managing Attorney

Vincent Brodbeck has over eight years experience working with businesses and individuals to achieve their objectives in a tax-efficient manner. His practice focuses on advising new businesses on entity selection, formation, and operating agreements, and negotiates with the IRS and state authorities to resolve tax disputes and reduce liabilities. He also advises clients on the tax consequences of proposed business transactions, and has specialized knowledge regarding equity compensation and cryptocurrencies. 

Vincent grew up in Louisville, KY before moving away to pursue his Bachelors Degree at Vanderbilt University, and his J.D and LLM in Tax at Boston University. After law school, Vincent worked as the Managing Editor of Parker Tax Publishing, writing and publishing expert articles on recent developments in the tax world. Having had enough of New England winters, Vincent moved back to KY in 2017 where he joined ARGI Financial Group, advising small businesses and high net worth clients on a dizzying array of tax subjects. Vincent most recently served as a tax attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel before leaving to pursue a solo career.
